Why Centaur
In Greek myth, Chiron was the wise centaur who trained and guided heroes. We chose the name because it describes our role: a trusted guide for clients navigating an unfamiliar market.

Abdelaziz Amarouayache founded Centaur Property Advisory after more than 20 years in executive roles leading large-scale real estate portfolios across the UAE and Qatar. His expertise spans asset management, portfolio optimisation, development management, investment analysis, leasing strategy and operational transformation.
Throughout his career, he has created value for owners and investors by improving occupancy and portfolio performance, leading development projects and advising senior executives on investment decisions. Centaur brings that institutional discipline to private clients buying and owning property in France.
Fluent in English, Arabic and French, he works with clients from the Gulf, Europe and beyond.
