• When we act for you as a buyer, we never take a fee from the seller on the same transaction
• Our fees are set out in a written mandate before any work begins
• We recommend notaires, lenders and contractors on merit alone, and we do not accept referral fees

Discretion

Many of our clients value privacy. Every enquiry, viewing and transaction is handled in strict confidence.

• Your name and details are shared only with the parties a transaction requires
• Off-market searches and sales can be run without public advertising
• Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR

Transparency

Clear fees, honest assessments and plain explanations. We tell you when a property is not right for you.

• Every French document is explained in your language before you sign
• Our viewing reports cover the drawbacks of a property as well as its strengths
• You receive a full breakdown of purchase costs, including notaire fees and taxes, before you make an offer

Long-term commitment

Our work does not end at the signing. We stay on hand to manage and advise on your property for as long as you own it.

In practice

• After completion, we help set up utilities, insurance and local services
• One adviser follows your property from purchase through management to an eventual resale
• We would rather lose a sale than win a client who later regrets it
