Yes. There are no restrictions on foreign nationals buying property in France. We guide you through the process and the documents you will need.

What is the role of the notaire?

The notaire is a public official who verifies the property’s legal status, drafts the deed of sale and collects taxes on behalf of the state. We work alongside the notaire throughout.

How long does a purchase take?

Once an offer is accepted, it usually takes around three months from signing the compromis de vente to the final deed. The search itself depends on your brief and the market.

How are your fees structured?
